Lemon Herb Chicken

A marinade to flavor your chicken


  • cutting board
  • knife
  • Ziplock bag


  • 1 each Lemon Zest
  • 2 cloves minced garic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp dry basil
  • 2 tbsp dry thyme


  • Add all items into bag then add chicken untill bag is full. Mix all around to coat meat ,let rest in fridge for at least 3 hours. Overnight is best. Cook till internal temp is 165 degrees.
