Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Flat Italian Parsley No Stems
  • 1 handful Fresh Oregano leaves
  • 1/2 Juice Lemon
  • 3 Shakes Red Wine Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Toasted Cumin Seeds
  • 1 large Shallot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Enough to blend into desired consistency
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is achieved
